Itch Toolkit Pro is a digital subscription that is delivered and activated immediately upon purchase. Because you receive full access to all Pro features the moment payment completes, purchases and renewals are non-refundable.
You never have to purchase blind: the extension's core features — the full analytics dashboard, live previews of every Pro tool, the GIF editor and the theme designer — are free forever. We encourage you to use the free tier as long as you like before upgrading.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective from the next billing period. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country. Where you have expressly consented at checkout to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right (e.g. under EU/UK consumer law), that consent applies. Chargebacks filed instead of contacting support may result in account suspension under our Terms of Service.
